Full window replacement across a Ware Georgian townhouse — improved thermal performance and acoustic comfort with sympathetic sash-style profiles.
This Georgian townhouse in Ware had original timber windows that were beyond economic repair — draughty, rattling, and difficult to open. The clients wanted modern performance without compromising the building's streetscape.
We specified flush sash-style casement windows in a heritage white finish, with slim frame profiles and authentic glazing bar layouts that respect the property's period character. Double-glazed units improve thermal and acoustic performance significantly.
Installation was sequenced room by room to minimise disruption. External brickwork and internal architraves were made good to a high standard, leaving the property warmer, quieter, and easier to live in.
